Trident Nuts manufactured with Type 316 Stainless Steel have an increased general corrosion resistance, improved resistance to pitting from chloride ion solutions, and provide increased strength at elevated temperatures. The Trident Nut is a tamper-resistant internally threaded fastening device featuring a conical design that prevents unauthorized removal. It has 3 indented slots for installation and removal with a proprietary tool.
