Hex head lag bolts are heavy wood screws that can be driven in with a socket wrench or impact gun. These heavy duty fasteners are used to connect heavy lumber or other heavy materials that are bearing an intense load, often used with masonry lag shields. Lag bolts are available with zinc plated or hot dipped galvanized finish.
