Tanner Bolt & Nut (TBN) takes every precaution to protect our users' information. TBN has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information. We use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the personal information and credit card detail you provide during the order process. When filling out a form asking for sensitive information, you should always check that you are connected to over a secure connection. You can check this connection in one of two ways:

  1. In the Address Bar of your Web browser, you are connected to a secure connection when the URL begins with https, rather than an unsecured connection that begins with http.
  2. In the status bar of your Web browser (bottom bar) you are connected to a secure connection when you see a closed lock icon. If you are using Internet Explorer and don't see a status, go to the "View" menu and ensure that "Status Bar" is checked.

If you log into the TBN site, please remember to logout when you have completed your shopping session.
