Description

3M, DBI Sala Reusable Heavy Duty Roof Anchor with Chain O-Ring and Fasteners, For Flat or Sloped Wood Roofs

Capital Safety, DBI Sala Reusable Heavy Duty Roof Anchor with Chain O-Ring and Fasteners, For Flat or Sloped Wood Roofs

Our anchorage connectors are built from top quality materials guaranteeing high strength and durability to stand up to the toughest environments. Anchorage connectors are the unsung heroes of most fall protection systems, often overlooked but critical components because they securely attach your system to the anchorage. Your choice of anchor depends on the type of work being done. Anchorages are sold by what they connect to (general/all purpose, steel, concrete, roof or specialty), whether they are fixed or mobile, and whether they are permanent or portable. They all must provide a secure point of attachment for a complete personal fall arrest system, and must be capable of supporting a load of 5,000 lbs. (22kN) or of meeting OSHA’s criteria of a 2-to-1 safety factor.

Product Features and Benefits:

  • Installs to sloped or flat wood roofs
    • Specialized fall protection system for residential or commercial wood frame structures keeps you safe and secure.
  • Fast and easy nail or screw installation - Fastener kit included
    • Installation requires either 12 ea. 16d nails or 6 ea. 1/4 x 2-1/2 in. lag screws which are included with the anchor.
  • Self adjusting O-ring tie-off point maintains strength
    • The chain and O-ring design keeps the connecting system as close to the roof as possible, maintaining the highest rated strength in the "shear" position.
  • Extremely rugged and flexible pivoting design
    • A 2-ply conveyor belt material provides a durable, flexible joint allowing the anchor to easily be installed on a variety of roof peaks.
  • Durable and corrosion resistant construction
    • E-coated steel offers durability and corrosion resistance to stand-up to the toughest environments, providing added longevity.
  • Compact and lightweight design
    • Makes attaching to the anchorage structure simple, fast and easy for added worker satisfaction and productivity.
  • Portable and reusable
    • Device can be removed and simply re-installed in a new loaction for added jobsite flexibility and lower overall cost of ownership.
  • Unique design allows use with horizontal lifeline system
    • Two anchors can be used to anchor a Sayfline™ horizontal lifeline system to the roof and provide up to two workers fall protection for added jobsite versatility.
