Dril-Flex® Structural Drill Screws, Hex Washer Head

DeWalt^® Dril-Flex^® Structural Self-Drilling Screws are engineered fasteners specifically designed for demanding structural applications where strength, reliability, and performance under stress are critical. These screws are dual heat-treated, a process that enhances both the core and surface properties of the metal. The core remains tough and ductile to absorb shock and resist brittleness, while the outer surface becomes hardened for increased wear resistance and driving efficiency.

The tapping screw design allows these fasteners to drill their own hole and form mating threads in steel or other structural materials, eliminating the need for separate drilling and tapping operations. This not only saves time during installation but also ensures a secure and consistent fit.
