Are there Minimum Order Quanitites or Order Value Amounts on TannerBolt.com?
No. Tanner does not require a minimum order value. You can place an order for a single item or a large bulk purchase.
Is the Product on your Website In-Stock?
Most products listed on Tannerbolt.com are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. Complete in-stock orders that are placed by 2:00 PM Eastern, will ship out the same day. If you need confirmation of stock availability, our team can assist before you place your order.
There Was a Mistake Regarding My Order, What Should I Do?

Can I Request a Quote?
To generate a quote on Tannerbolt.com, add the desired items to your cart and click the GENERATE QUOTE button to save a PDF copy of your online Shopping Cart. If you are a logged-in registered user of Tannerbolt.com - your items will remain in your shopping cart, ready for checkout. Please note that pricing on generated quotes can be subject to change.
What if I am Tax Exempt?
Tax-exempt customers can submit their exemption certificate to Tanner by replying to their order confirmation email. Once the certificate has been added to your account, you will be able to place qualifying orders without sales tax. You can also submit a Contact Us Inquiry and select Tax Exemption, and our Customer Support Group will review and apply your exemption status to your registered account on TannerBolt.com.
How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
To modify or cancel an order placed on Tannerbolt.com, reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Providing your order number and the name /email address on the order will help us locate it quickly and make the requested change if the order has not already shipped.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Tannerbolt.com ships to locations within the United States and may ship to select international destinations. If you do not see the Shipping Address destination available in our Shopping Cart / Checkout pages, please contact our Customer Support team and we can provide assistance arranging an international shipment.
How Long Can Shipping Take?
Delivery time can depend on the shipping method selected at checkout, with expedited services arriving faster than standard ground shipping. With each web order Tanner sends out a Tracking Page link offering real-time delivery notifications so you are up to date as to when your order is scheduled to arrive.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships from Tannerbolt.com, tracking details are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Your View Tracking page will allow you to forward shipping updates to another preferred email address, subscribe to email and text updates regarding your shipment, and even track with Apple Wallet (iPhone) notifications. Can I Ship On My UPS Account?
Yes. Tannerbolt.com allows shipping orders using your UPS account number. Be sure to select "Ship On My Account" as the shipping method in checkout. If you are a Tanner Registered Account, your UPS Account Number information will be saved for future orders at your convenience.
