Tanner Support & Registration Assistance

Please review the following topics below for the best path to resolution.

1. I have logged into the Tanner website previously, but I can't now
   It sounds like this may be your first visit since our new website launch. To resolve this, we suggest resetting your password.
   
   • Please Reset Your Password > Click Here To Reset Password
     
     
2. I tried resetting my password, but I see a message that says "Cannot reset the customer's password" (or something similar)
   This means the email you are using is not currently recognized in our system.
   We suggest you continue with our one of the 3 Account Registration Processes below.
   
   If you know you or your Company has shopped www.Tannerbolt.com before, please review bullet #3
   
   
3. It says my email is registered already when I tried to register
   If someone at your company is already registered, your company email domain may exist ( i.e @yourdomain.com )
   
   You can become a new shopper at your company with your customer code (found on any invoice). No invoice handy? No problem !
   Start a chat using the blue chat box on the lower right-hand corner, and we will keep you moving!

  - If yes, we suggest you follow this option to become an additional Shopper on an Existing Company Account
