Overview

TapFast self-tapping screws are high-performance fasteners that attach light gauge metal panels (18 ga. maximum) to wood frame structures.

TapFast self-tapping screws feature aluminum EPDM bonded sealing washers that provide a weather-tight seal. TapFast easily penetrates multiple panel thicknesses and are coated with Stalgard typically shows no red rust or other base metal corrosion on significant surfaces after 1000 hours of salt spray exposure in accordance with ASTM B117Stalgard® coating provides improved corrosion resistance compared with fasteners with standard zinc plating
